Arrived for my appt. 15 minutes ahead of schedule as requrested. Twiddled my thumbs for that 15 minutes. Once in the office for my intake, was insulted twice by the staff member using erroneous terminology. After I corrected her the first time, she repeated her insult a second. She wasn't listening or reading the form I'd obviously wasted my time filling out - had her own agenda. So, I got up and walked out. Says a lot about management the quantity of negative reviews there are for this place.
It took a couple months for me to get in to see a provider, as a new patient. Although I had no pressing medical problems. The front desk staff were extremely pleasant. The medical assistant and Provider were extremely professional and took time to listen. Excellent experience, other than the wait to get in I will definitely return when needed.
Very understanding and it’s like a homie vibe get really bad anxiety going to the doctors definitely recommend them their understanding and patient
Brenda gave 10/10 customer service. She was extremely helpful, patient, and communicated everything clearly. She made the process much easier, your team is lucky to have her!!!
