They have the worst costumer service with the laziest people at the front desk
The dentist was great, her assistant is an absolute sweetheart. Great experience
I had a mixed experience at this office. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and Dr. Flores was amazing she helped ease my dental anxiety, which I truly appreciated. Two of the assistants were also kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, one assistant, Patty, made the experience uncomfortable. She displayed a poor attitude toward Dr. Flores, shuffling papers around in frustration when adjustments were needed, and she appeared visibly upset when I asked questions. Thank you Dr. Mirna Flores for removing a bad tooth with kind and compassionate care . Having had some horrible experiences with dentists in the past I was prepared for the worse, but it was as if Archangel Raphael himself took your hand and guided you . I am beyond grateful Edit : A second visit to Dr. Flores for another extraction proved her to be a kind , caring , knowledgeable, and extremely compassionate Dentist who genuinely respects her patients autonomy .
