If you can get somebody on the phone, and get an appointment, the staff treats you like utter trash. This morning I have been on hold trying to get an emergency appointment for my infant, to no avail. The staff is rude, with a major superiority complex; it's County. Can't expect anything more or less from them.
I've been going here for 4 or 5 years. I see Samantha Johnston and and she is the reason I continue to go. In reading reviews about the front staff, I've never had, nor seen a problem there. When I first moved to Cottonwood, I went there as I didn't know where else to go. Samantha has kept me there, because she figures things out. There is one dentist that is also great but is longer taking new patients as he is trying to retire. The hygienist, Brandy, is awesome.
Dr. Block is an amazing pediatrician and is wonderful with kids Dr. Crumrin is fantastic and truly cares about her patients. In dental Dr. Flores goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. Great clinic and the only one my family uses ❤️
Arrived for my appt. 15 minutes ahead of schedule as requrested. Twiddled my thumbs for that 15 minutes. Once in the office for my intake, was insulted twice by the staff member using erroneous terminology. After I corrected her the first time, she repeated her insult a second. She wasn't listening or reading the form I'd obviously wasted my time filling out - had her own agenda. So, I got up and walked out. Says a lot about management the quantity of negative reviews there are for this place.
It took a couple months for me to get in to see a provider, as a new patient. Although I had no pressing medical problems. The front desk staff were extremely pleasant. The medical assistant and Provider were extremely professional and took time to listen. Excellent experience, other than the wait to get in I will definitely return when needed.
