I've never had a problem with the staff from the Dublin clinic until today. I called to cancel my appointment and I've never dealt with another human so hateful. I ended up just hanging up . I'm going to spend some time today looking for a new place to go.
Horrible practice that does not care about the patients at all. The front office staff is rude and incompetent. Do not waste your time here.
The staff was very helpful! They were nice and polite! The dentist was the nicest one I'd ever been around. The hygienist was nice also, and was very gentle when cleaning my teeth. They all seem to be thorough by taking so many x rays. Office, waiting room etc was clean. As of now I've setup more appointments to go there. I've also had a filling put in, and the other dentist they had was super nice, and I've had no problem with that filling. Would recommend for fillings, cleaning, xrays. Will be going back soon. I have been going to this medical clinic for 10 years and have had several PCP’s through the years. They have all done a very good job. I had a terrible automobile accident on the job and personally asked my PCP there to fill out a form to submit to my employer so I could file all the documents with them. My employer accepted all of my documents that I submitted to them but the PCP refused to fill out the documents. I called and went to her office over 20 times in a three month period.
