I had Christine Carey as a doctor years ago and loved her . I got pregnant and went to a diff Dr and came back to Carey recently . She wasn’t very nice and wouldn’t give me anything I asked for……I felt super unwelcome. It was nothing like my last experience with her . Super disappointed and I won’t be back or recommend her .
This review is a review for Rima Lake. A patient navigator who works at complete health. She isn't employed by them but is located on site. Her basic job is to help people get Medicaid who are eligible. She is easy to talk to and makes the process super simple and is someone who relates to the people she helps. They don't advocate for her the way they should. So if you need insurance stop procrastinating and set an appointment with her through complete health. It's easy and worth a shot.
Called yesterday to try to make an appointment and they told me I could come in today (Friday) as a walk in and to be there at 7:50. I get there bright and early and am greeted by a sign on the door saying “closed on fridays until further notice”. After they told me literally yesterday to come in today 🙃🙃🙃 I rearranged my entire day to get this done all because an unprofessional “professional” told me to be there even though they were closed.
Impossible to reschedule a dental exam if you attempt to reschedule you will be not be able to you will be treated as if you’re wasting “their time” a weather related inconvenience causes my elderly mother to be unable to attend. Something that cannot be helped now she will have to “walk in” what a term really, she cannot just walk in she’s literally in a wheelchair and on oxygen, to wait all day.
