Two well-child appts scheduled for today. Arrived 10 min early and paid co-pays. Ushered back to the rooms for the highly enthusiastic nurse (sarcasm) to go through the basic demographic info. Then, waited for 55 minutes to see the PCP. At that point I'd had enough. No one came to check on the girls and/or to tell us the PCP was running late, etc. So, we simply walked out.
