I was a little bit early for my appointment, I was able to register for my appointment even though I was early, which was easier for me to get it done and out of the way prior to going back into see the doctor. The staff was courteous and polite and asked if I had any questions prior to going back into the room? And when I was done seeing the doctor, the staff was helpful with helping me with scheduling the next appointment. And my options for the day and time were easy to schedule.
The provider was excellent and she did a good job
Dr Rene is absolutely incredible. She always has a positive attitude and is willing to discuss ALL concerns. She understands that medical care can be complicated and scarey at times and always makes sure to thoroughly explain things and relieves any concerns. She is a true care provider. She is a doctor for the right reason and it shows. Her expertise is unmatched. I have never had a doctor that I love as much as her.
No stars. Terrible experience will be finding a new provider.
The office is so nice and clean. Waiting time was only about 5 min and the front desk for checking in were very friendly and professional. MA spoke a little to fast and the Dr. heard everything I said and responded very professionally.
