Dr. Fletcher is an underrated and knowledgeable physician
These people suck! I book an appointment 4 months in advance & get a text the day before saying it was canceled for whatever reasons. I call to reschedule and now I have to wait an additional 4 months for another appointment even though they were the ones that canceled. Customer service sucks and isn’t helpful at all. There answer to everything is “we’re just the call center.” They do this way too often both health and dental. Ridiculous.
I’ve been going to this clinic for some time now, and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience. The entire staff is personable and welcoming, and Dr. Fletcher stands out in the best way. His bedside manner is exceptional—he truly cares about his patients and takes the time to ensure they get the care they need. Every visit feels warm and supportive.
