Jessica...a Care Councilor...NOT EVEN CLOSE. My daughter was a patient of hers and today the way she treated her is absolutely appalling. I'm absolutely appauled to hear how my mother was treated by Jessica at alcona who is supposed to be the care manager??? that's crazy because it sounds like she doesn't care a single bit.my mother called to ask about if they had found a ride for her to her appointment for her liver and Jessica told her she wasn't talking to her right now. told her she was negative. Doctors do the bare minimum, service sucks had a lady check me in for an appointment that was actually a week from then, never here from them after test results always have to reach out first find a different doctor.
