Absolutely terrible zero stars if possible. My wife had dental appointments for 3 of our children. She waited a 1/2 hour past the scheduled appointment time before asking about a timeframe, and received absolutely no answer from the desk staff who clearly could hear her. After several attempts we walked out. Overall staff is extremely unprofessional and rude 100% don’t recommend.
they got my number somehow, i have NEVER been here or live close to eagle grove. they called me, left a pretty unprofessional voicemail saying that i am due for something, the mic cut out or got muted when it got to that point. i call back twice, to get no answer each time. if anyone from the clinic sees this, dont call me again!
Great dental office. The staff and dentist were fantastic. The office was very busy and we still got in on time.
