The receptionist at COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER ON BENWOOD IN BUFFALO is lazy incompetent and does not need to be in any customer service and because I spoke up for my self she put me on hold for a really long time on purpose then tried to say months out for an appointment once she came back on the phone I have something serious I need to be seen about on top of changes to physical and I have to wait MONTHS?!! I would be dead by then
I didn't wait long and all my questions were answered.
First time here and I love the atmosphere, clean quiet and everyone greeted me.

Impossible to make an appointment. Out of meds for months , Literally every time I called they had no appointments available, but wouldn’t refill a BP med without being seen . Stop accepting patients if you can’t fit them in dummies
