The staff are wonderful as is mr Nicholas hreen however I'm disgusted with how they lack to notify me when my primary doctor is no longer with them and I keep getting bounced around like a rag doll between the insurace company and the department here . Im starting to feel all the integrity Is going out the window literally with the higher up, regarding necessary updates etc. How can anyone establish a solid foundation when it keeps being knocked out from under them . Wednesday, 8/27/25, I went for cold signs and symptoms. I called, gave my info and they requested I come in. I came to the office. The nurse assistant done a tremendous job. She asked questions, took my vitals, swabbed my nose and throat then proceeded out the door. In walks Nicholas Green. A physician asst I had issues with before because he did not seem competent enough to handle my hypertension. I let that situation go and went elsewhere. I have been a patient for a while although I am not high needs they seem well equipped to handle All whom I have come in contact with from receptionist to nursing and my NP (Nick)are full and well knowledge and allow for self advocating too.

The receptionist at COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER ON BENWOOD IN BUFFALO is lazy incompetent and does not need to be in any customer service and because I spoke up for my self she put me on hold for a really long time on purpose then tried to say months out for an appointment once she came back on the phone I have something serious I need to be seen about on top of changes to physical and I have to wait MONTHS?!! I would be dead by then
