I’ve been assisting Ms Pamela Lopez, counselor at LSCC-Bastrop, as an interpreter for over a year and what I have observed is a true professional devoted to the wellbeing of her patients/clients. While always empathetic, she is analytical and suggests strategies and techniques to help patients deal with difficult experiences and situations. People in this community are fortunate to have access to a mental health professional such as Ms Lopez.
I always have a great experience. The front desk staff are always very friendly and helpful. And Ms. Pamela Lopez is one of the best therapists I’ve ever worked with, especially with children. She always takes the time to connect with her patients and their families. She often gives more of her time outside her regular sessions, to find resources, write reports, etc. for her patients.
Don’t use them for an infant. 3 visits still never saw a MD. The nurse practitioner literally googled our questions we had…… I could’ve done that…. Do not recommended for infant care
They are always so attentive to my kids needs!
