The worst front desk person I ever meet beyond rude. My primary doctor is Dr.Welch yet to matter what Private Insurance I have I can't walk in at 7:50am and see him or talk to his staff just nope can't be seen until my appointment next month, go someone else smh wow! Time for a new office and doctor.
Great Customer Service and Staff! I was in a lot of pain from a broken tooth. I called the office and they didn't have any apt until the next week, so they said to try a walk in apt. I went first thing in the morning and was lucky enough to be the 2nd patient in. The person at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Then when I went to the back I spoke with the dentist.
