I WILL NOT BE BACK !! Receptionist were so rude and had an attitude b/c they cancelled my children’s appointment without notice. First they cancelled mine THE DAY OF the 27th I was explaining to her no one called me to cancelled my children’s only mine she said we called on the 26th . There appointment was today the 29th . Why not call or leave a message inbetween those to let me know the appointment was cancelled. I received an appointment night the night prior to appointment. As someone who fears the dentist I was really afraid to come to a community clinic but it was the only place that took my insurance. It is the best dental expereince I have ever had. The dentists were very gentle and quick.

First time at this location, ma’s and dr were nice. But the receptionist people have an attitude and don’t greet you.. currently I am otp bc I have questions about an appt I had and the guy receptionist who picked up has had me on HOLD for 20 minutes, this is unacceptable you shouldn’t have a patient waiting this long!! I will not be back eastside location does better.

I like the dr.s and nurses but the reception staff should all be fired. Always rude when i come in and have an attitude for some reason. I was waiting for them to find my appointment and she answered the phone in front of me and helped them Over the phone first instead of asking them to hold. It's like i was bothering her. Never had a good experience with the receptionists there. Might be changing clinics I'm so over dealing with them.
