First time at this location, ma’s and dr were nice. But the receptionist people have an attitude and don’t greet you.. currently I am otp bc I have questions about an appt I had and the guy receptionist who picked up has had me on HOLD for 20 minutes, this is unacceptable you shouldn’t have a patient waiting this long!! I will not be back eastside location does better.
I like the dr.s and nurses but the reception staff should all be fired. Always rude when i come in and have an attitude for some reason. I was waiting for them to find my appointment and she answered the phone in front of me and helped them Over the phone first instead of asking them to hold. It's like i was bothering her. Never had a good experience with the receptionists there. Might be changing clinics I'm so over dealing with them.
Awesome place, been here years ago for some fillings, came in pretty sad coming from an ebike wreck, and I got my teeth looking like nothing ever happened and I was hit by a car, highly recommended this place, thank you for restoring my mental health!
Just making a appointment and she was just so rude ! She even hung up on me ,acted like I was bothering her by calling for a appointment for my person I care for ! Just so rude and snippy !
