Don’t even bother booking an appointment. They’ll cancel it same day and then tell you there’s no other openings until 5 months later. And they happily do it TWICE

I had received a dental referral from them and have not been able to contact 2 of the offices… it’s been 5 months .
I went to the clinic a month ago, thinking they would take care of me and help me out, they put on a good act and acted so nice and caring. But the results of my diagnosis was different. I need certain papers sign correctly so I can take it to work. And they did feel it out correctly at all. The Dentist didnt do his job at all. I was told one thing and he put something else and not filling out the document correctly. This is the 2nd time I been having a issue with the clinic. They won't help you when you're in pain or when you need a tooth pulled. They make you wait months just to get a tooth extracted that you knew needed to be extracted the first time you were there months ago. The Mexican lady receptionist is rude, doesn't smile and seems to be miserable. She shouldn't be working there because her attitude is horrible and she doesn't know how to treat people with respect.
