I made my original appointment in July to be seen in September. I called a few days ahead to verify the time of the appointment and they told me they rescheduled it for December. That was the first issue I have with this place! I finally get in to see the doctor to discuss an ongoing health issue that I've been having for years that has been getting worse the past four months and all she told me to do was keep doing what I've been doing and there was nothing more she could do for me. If I could give zero stars, I would. I recently attempted to attend an appointment at this clinic’s new Puyallup location after previously being seen at the Spanaway office. This was my first visit to this site, and after difficulty finding parking, I eventually located the parking garage. I checked in at 10:10 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. appointment and asked about a grace period. Just wanted to stop in and tell you about a great customer service experience. I called for some information about joining this health plan. Terica was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. I really appreciate her friendliness and humor. It's nice to be treated with respect and care! So thank you CHC and Terica!
Very poor customer care. They don’t answer phone calls. They can keep me on hold for almost 1 hour. Wonder why they even have a phone number
