This is more of a review regarding the security they have at this building. I'm disabled, parked in disabled parking. Have an appt at 6:15 however I was early, thought traffic would be worse so I left early. Arrived 5:45. Sat in my car until 6:06, got out walked to the door. I made my original appointment in July to be seen in September. I called a few days ahead to verify the time of the appointment and they told me they rescheduled it for December. That was the first issue I have with this place! I finally get in to see the doctor to discuss an ongoing health issue that I've been having for years that has been getting worse the past four months and all she told me to do was keep doing what I've been doing and there was nothing more she could do for me. If I could give zero stars, I would. I recently attempted to attend an appointment at this clinic’s new Puyallup location after previously being seen at the Spanaway office. This was my first visit to this site, and after difficulty finding parking, I eventually located the parking garage. I checked in at 10:10 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. appointment and asked about a grace period.
