I got sent home 2 times because of miscommunication, they said they tried to call and reschedule my appointment but didn’t. I just wasted gas coming here, definitely don’t recommend. Sea mar is better.

Waited months for my appointment just to be told by Dr.Sharpe that I had to choose 2 things from my list of health concerns I wanted to discuss because she only had 15 minutes for me. She “over-extends herself” to be available for patients yet I left feeling like I was too much. Also, no follow appointments to discuss my remaining health concerns for the rest of the year.

I would have given them a big Zero review if possible, they have Incredibly poor scheduling management and patient care. I waited four months for my annual checkup appointment. On the morning of the appointment, I received a text message canceling it because Alexis Gutierrez, PA-C was out of the office due to unforeseen circumstances. The receptionist on the second floor shaded me about my medical condition. Does she see my records? The call center scheduled me two appointments on the same day. I waited in the parking lot for about 5 hours between two appointments. When I came to check in for the second appointment, the reception desk told me they has a policy not to see a patient twice in one day for dental and medical. Why nobody coulda told me that sooner?
