I have been with this practice for a long time! My oldest is 28 and my youngest is 17. Had started at this practice when my oldest was an infant, then moved ( which they recommended someone to me, an she was great as well. When moved back to this area, went right back to this practice) have seen our main Dr there and we love her! Also have seen other Dr's there as well as the NP and have been very happy. I have been taking my kids here for almost ten years! I have seen every Dr and NP and never have had a bad experience. They always do their best to get them in quick and give them the best care! I love this office and the team!!!
We called to get our newborn established as a patient and the secretary hung the phone up on us because we said we were doing a home birth and had refused the newborn vaccines. The next time we called, the secretary said that our baby “can die” without getting the vitamin k vaccine. I understand educating parents and explaining concerns of the office, but there are much better ways to communicate to newborn parents.
