VERY RUDE DIDNT EVEN TRY SCHEDULING ME OR TRY TO GET ME IN AS A PATIENT LITERALLY TURNED ME AWAY TOLD ME GO TO URGENT CARE INSTEAD
Only good if you need a referral to an oral surgeon. As the only place in at least a 50 mile radius of where I live that accepts Medicaid, I drove 40 minutes there and it was the worst quality of dental care I’ve ever received.They were very nice on the phone to schedule an appointment and it would be about a month out for a dental exam but because I had tooth pain they were able to see me in 1 week. They are understanding and worked with me before my insurance kicked in 10 out 10 recommend especially if your broke .
I’ve had a mixed experience with this doctor’s office. I absolutely love my primary doctor at Community Healthcare—she’s been wonderful—but she’s currently on leave, so I’ve been seeing other providers. They get the job done and are easy to work with, but it’s just not the same. They do accept our insurance, which is a big plus, and I like that so many services are in one place.
