Was told by the office that if I needed meds filled as a new patient before my dr to go to the walk in clinic. I got there right before 12, their lunch. The lady said wait till 12:45 when we open the gate after lunch. I as on my break just so you know. I was finally put in a room at 1:15. I told the nurse why I was there and she wrote down my meds. As far as the guy saying there's no way to contact him except through phone if you have an anxiety about using the phone they have pigeon carriers that they use!!
