I would highly recommend this CU. Vanessa H. has been so wonderful to work with. She was very helpful, helping with my car loan and explaining everything and even provided some tips. Vanessa was VERY kind and went above and beyond.
Terrible customer service they blame you for stuff that was their own fault.
They own the parking behind the bank. Turn off paid parking on holidays they are closed and ticket anyone who uses the EMPTY lot and tries to pay. This bank is ok with letting a scummy lot operator abuse their property for easy tickets. Not very ethical for a bank...
