I’ve never had a problem until today. Dr.Liu was very unprofessional. I was nervous getting my tooth pulled out and instead of him being comforting, he basically skips right to oh I’m not comfortable doing it. Like, you’re a dentist I’m sure you work with kids all the time and part of working with kids is to help them feel comfortable so I’m sure you can show the same compassion to myself( an adult female) He’s rude, I’m not too confident he can even do his job, from the start he seem like he didn’t want to do it. Horrible! Horrible! There is a lack of communication. The hours are not what are posted. The after hours number is no help, as far as they know the hours are the hours listed on Google. Got here at 715a.m was turned away said they had no openings and I was told to come before 11am and maybe I will get in sometime in the afternoon. I have a tooth infection and in extreme pain . This should establishment should be renamed because they are clearly not for the community.
Prepare to wait hours if your a walk in !
Deserves a rating of -100000! This is the perfect place to visit....If you want the wrong referral issued to your oral surgeon and risk having the wrong teeth pulled!!! Thank goodness the oral surgeon office new better than to trust this place. CHC you are total trash.
