The receptionist and nurses were super kind and spent the time patiently explaining to me how things work. Dr Bryant appears to genuinely care about his patients well-being. I can't express enough how much I appreciate willingness to explore treatment options, asking me questions to find the facts and best courses of action. Really left me with a good first impression. Side note: Sunrise Medical Laboratories is awful (consistently) in my experience.

I have used two of their offices now, one not properly sending referrals or making a referral at all. This office has “had no records of a medication they prescribed” after they switched one to a different pharmacy and not the other. Calling to cancel appointments before your office is even open to receiving calls back and not making it easy to even leave a message before then is like pulling tooth and nail with these two offices.
