I had a very good experience with Dr. Fernandez and her team of staff. From the second I entered this Neil road location, I was treated with dignity, care and concern for my health by friendly and professional front desk staff and the doctors assistants. I have had nothing but amazing experiences at CHA. My PCP Corrine Vandemaele is absolutely wonderful. She really listens to you and doesn't rush you at all. The staff has also always been very friendly and it is easy to get through to them to make an appointment. They even have a portal where I can send non-urgent messages to my Dr. I would recommend Neil Rd CHA and Corrine Vandemaele(also saw Dr Laura Popko once and she was amazing aswell) to everybody with confidence.
