Nurses are slow to respond to patients
If you need care and have the option to choose Community, do it. It's always been the best hospital in the city and now having the resources of Upstate backing them it's continuing to be even better.
My sister was in there, my dad visited and asked if I could bring my 6yo son, they said yes absolutely. So we made quite a long drive the next day to be told that wasn't true. I called up and they said they can probably make an exception but we'd have to wait a few minutes for the supervisor to approve. After waiting another hour and 15 minutes, they denied the request.
