This is nice medical facility. I've been to this facility a couple of times and staff have been very professional
The worst ever. Waited five hours and finally left. The triage guy said “he was waiting for me die on the floor” since I was “still breathing” it “wasn’t urgent.
Avoid this hospital if you are disabled from an accident or something of that nature. The case workers will force you to do an unsafe discharge which violates the NY State Health Bill of Rights. Absolutely I'd avoid the case manager Sue. I'll go into great detail on what happened here. The location they sent me to is so understaffed, they only have 1 nurse and 1 aid tending to 46 patients. Nurses are slow to respond to patients
If you need care and have the option to choose Community, do it. It's always been the best hospital in the city and now having the resources of Upstate backing them it's continuing to be even better.
