I would strongly advise others to reconsider using Community Upstate Hospital’s emergency room based on my recent experience. I initially went to the ER on Thursday due to ongoing chest pains after being advised by my surgeon office to seek immediate evaluation. This is nice medical facility. I've been to this facility a couple of times and staff have been very professional
The worst ever. Waited five hours and finally left. The triage guy said “he was waiting for me die on the floor” since I was “still breathing” it “wasn’t urgent.
