I've worked in customer service for years, specifically in the area of scheduling and coordinating appointments. The bare minimum expectation for customer service is that if YOU have to cancel a client's/customer's reservation, YOU need to have some solutions in your back pocket to offer them. I was supposed to have X-rays done and was informed an hour before my appointment that the equipment was broken and therefore my appointment was being cancelled. The worst appointment schedulers who Don’t take responsibility for their mistakes. The most unprofessional nasty rude employees. Avoid this place at all cost we can help it.
Dr. lewis was great for my 1st appointment. My second appointment got messed up by whoever made the appointment. Apparently got scheduled for a day that no doctor is available! And even took my appointment card in to for confirmation and the receptionist hit a nasty attitude with me! Don't trust this place with appointments they don't want to honor!
