Horrible the doctor she never got to the issues, she will just subscribe a cream an ask you to come back in 6 weeks
Went with mom for possible broken toes she thinks she has on both feet. Dr didn't introduce herself so we dunno her name. Anyway she only addressed the toes on one foot i had to mention tbe other foot, after we'd already told assistant about both feet. Not a big deal but though I'd mention, Also they dont have ability to do xrays there, we now have to go to Miami VA Hospital for that so a second trip is an inconvenience wanted to share this too couldbe valuable for someone to know. .
I called to set up an appointment and the receptionist is literally so ignorant I had to tell her if she hates her job so much go get a new one she would not let me explain anything outright literally the most disrespectful receptionist I’ve ever talked to in my life. I’m writing this in regards to the experience my husband had at this office recently. I was shocked to hear how he described his visit. He explained to me that the lady who came in to give his injections for his toe was wearing blue jeans (she said she forgot to wash her scrubs the night before) I’m in the medical field and would be sent home to change due to it being unprofessional and an OSHA violation.. she also wasn’t aware of what side of the toe needed numb.. she then asked my husband where she should put the needle. Wonderful experience, Dr. Chan & staff are very friendly and acknowledged Covid-19 standards! Will be returning for routine care of my feet:)) I’ve been visiting this office for over a year.... the nursing staff and physician are extremely capable! I frequent this office for routine care approximately every 90 days. PERFECT!!!!
