Am a friend of a Community Focus participant. She loves the groups and the support and speaks very highly of Community Focus.
Community focus is to say the least an amazing organisation. They are genuinely there for their participants and give authentic and real support that goes far beyond supporting people's mental health and well-being. The staff are caring and beautiful humans that strive to create a safe and inclusive space for all.
These guys run a Women’s Group, a Men’s Group, and a health and wellbeing group for those who live with mental health challenges called Tales Of Discovery. All groups are FREE to attend and facilitated by workers with lived experience.” I love this place
