I have been attending the men’s group run by community focus for around 9 months and have found it really beneficial. It’s run by some great welcoming guys and gets me out of the house on a Tuesday. We do a different activity each week like ten pin bowling, a walk or Bbq. It’s a welcoming place for men from all walks of including those with issues with isolation or mental health challenges.
Attending groups is always helpful to my mental health, especially the women's group where I find it wonderful to connect with other women of all ages and backgrounds. All of the staff I have come into contact with are lovely and I feel very welcomed by them. I really enjoy attending Community Focus.

Community focus is to say the least an amazing organisation. They are genuinely there for their participants and give authentic and real support that goes far beyond supporting people's mental health and well-being. The staff are caring and beautiful humans that strive to create a safe and inclusive space for all.
These guys run a Women’s Group, a Men’s Group, and a health and wellbeing group for those who live with mental health challenges called Tales Of Discovery. All groups are FREE to attend and facilitated by workers with lived experience.” I love this place
