Awful experience. They were 10 minutes late opening the doors because the lady at the front desk wanted to walk next door to the grocery store and not come back till 10 minutes after opening. Then when they finally open the doors for me to come in I sit and wait for the nurse to come get me….well she comes walking in the front door 20 minutes late. I went to Now Care for a very sore throat, sinus headache congestion. I waited about 15 minutes before going back. The nurse was friendly and efficient. The Dr. came in before long, looked at the results and explained my problems. She prescribed medication. She was very professional, efficient and friendly. The whole experience was great.
Thank you for helping me breath better. You were great giving information on my sickness and although I was not feeling good you made me at ease
Love being able to schedule an appointment time online instead of having to go in and sit forever. Great staff and doctors by far. makes it easy for all 7 kids and two parents to squeeze in with our day to day chaos.
