This is THE ABSOLUTE WOST clinic I have EVER been to! I was barely able to breathe, I told them I needed my asthma meds refilled, they didn't care, said "there's nothing they can do because you tested positive for Covid" wrote me a script for cough syrup that doesn't work, then today I get a bill for $450!! This is for 10 minutes of talking to them. I'm sorry they did take my blood pressure that's probably $200 of it. STAY AWAY! They WILL RIP YOU OFF IF YHEY CAN!
Was feeling really bad and difficult breathing... turns out I have the flu ... they were able to get me back right away and gave me some oxygen and that helped a lot... the staff was very kind and explained everything in ways I could understand and treated me with respect... I felt like a person not just a chart ... Thank you for caring
The absolute best urgent care experience I've ever had. Got treated for an ear infection. Everyone was helpful, kind and they got me in quickly. Made sure I didn't pay for another exam when I needed my antibiotics extended after my first visit. My insurance ended up not paying and so they also worked with me on billing. Very helpful and nice staff. I will definitely go here again, although I hope I don't need to! :)
The staff, nurses, and especially the doctor were all very nice, knowledgeable, and understanding. Dr Wickman was one of the most caring and professional doctors I have ever dealt with!
