The absolute best urgent care experience I've ever had. Got treated for an ear infection. Everyone was helpful, kind and they got me in quickly. Made sure I didn't pay for another exam when I needed my antibiotics extended after my first visit. My insurance ended up not paying and so they also worked with me on billing. Very helpful and nice staff. I will definitely go here again, although I hope I don't need to! :)
The staff, nurses, and especially the doctor were all very nice, knowledgeable, and understanding. Dr Wickman was one of the most caring and professional doctors I have ever dealt with!

I didn’t think to take photos during my visit, but the facility was exceptionally clean and well maintained, something I’d be happy to capture next time. I will definitely be returning here for my next DOT physical renewal. The staff were professional, friendly and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. While the wait was a little long, there were already several people ahead of me when I arrived, which just shows how busy and well-run the office is.
