If there was a 0, I would give that. NOT for my experience but for the refusal to treat my wife. I checked before I drove to the facility that your were to close at 6PM. We arrived at4:45Pm. were told after checking in that they was full with more patients than they could handle. I reminded the desk attendant that they were open till 6PM . Easy check in process. They explained the possible/expected charges well and during the examination, it felt like they were working with us to only conduct necessary tests and help us to get out the door and feeling better. Quick, friendly service. Highly satisfied.
I came in with a recurring issue and I requested a very specific drug for it. It’s a scheduled narcotic so I know that it’s difficult to prescribe that in an urgent care setting. The doctor listened to me, agreed with me, also checked around with different pharmacies to find out where I could get it because it’s not commonly stocked. Greatly greatly appreciate it. It was great to have someone listen to me and understand what I wanted and why I wanted it and not Treat me like an addict looking to score.
