Niel Coulsell did an incredible job presenting all information to us throughout the escrow and loan process candidly and quickly. He really fought for us as complication arose and was quick to answer any and all questions we had. Recently refinanced with Community First Mortgage. Not only did we get an excellent rate, but the entire experience took less than 30 days from the start of our application to the close of escrow. Neil Coulsell was our Loan Officer and he couldn't have been more professional and efficient!
