(Update spoke to a admin today to make a formal complaint, and I would think that I would be the first person to receive an appointment today asap for the horrible experience received yesterday and yet I was told that my usual doctors schedule was busy and someone would be asking her if she could take me today and would be calling me back so I’m now waiting again for medical care) I suffer with a chronic illness and am still suffering as no one had helped me and I did not deserve to have that experience at my doctors office.... read more

Every single one of the receptionists here are ABSOLUTELY, rude, disrespectful, discriminating and inconsiderate. I didn't realize having Medicare meant absolutely horrendous demeaning medical care.
