Dr stec was my dentist and he did my crown on my front tooth. My crown has fallen out numerous times. And I need the crown because My dentist chipped my tooth taking off my braces. I am making this review because Mr crown fell off again today and I now have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed
Rude front desk staff, useless medical professionals, and phlebotomists that hit nerves to do a blood draw. Can't even believe this happened. Please do not trust your health with individuals in this building.
It's took me 2 months to get an appt then after three messages to confirm the appointment. They call the day before to cancel the appointment. I know a lot of people that go to this facility and have the same issue they're always canceling appointments because of emergencies hygienist. Maybe have the other dentist the hygienist take in more days times to fix it. Offered a month later appt 3 months for appt. Bye and then the receptionist told me the only homeless people which I have insurance I guess I was at the wrong place
Rachael is great, their appointment policy is awful.
