All if the staff in the Medical and Dental Clinics are fabulous, friendly, and right on point. I live this center(New Haven location)!
Drs. Young, Hoffmann and the entire staff in the dental office were extremely kind and professional. They were able to get me in on short notice and worked diligently to help me with my toothache. Would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking to be seen by a team that cares deeply about all their patients!
This is by far the best dental team out there. I have nothing but great things to say about this office. Everyone is very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. Due to health problems I’ve had a lot of dental issues, when I came in, the assistant and new dentist were very understanding and I never felt judged or ashamed. So thank you for being kind. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the dental team. From the moment i walk in the door, the receptionists are so welcoming. Tricia, always does the best cleanings ever and Dr Rachel and assistants are awesome. Ive even had to discuss finances with the office manager, lisa and she was compassionate about my financial needs. I will recommend this office!!
Patricia at the New Haven office is not accommodating at all! I came in for a cleaning a week ago and they thought I needed an authorization from my cardiologist I told him that I did not need antibiotics before cleaning but they said they still had to reschedule me after I waited an hour there for them to figure it out. Then when they called they said Well if you know that you don't need it we can just go ahead and reschedule you at that point my cardiologist already said I didn't need antibiotics.
