Terrible service at the drivethru
Worst banking institution ever. I have my mortgage with them and no one will call me back when I reached out about my mortgage payment amount changes. I know they are fluctuating but I need to know the reason why and when I call and get a person on the phone they are clueless. As far as my personal loan they cannot take a high amount payment over the phone or I cannot make one online because they have a limit. So stupid and inconvenient for the customer.
