my dr didnt gave me the meds I needed even tho the assistant repeated what I most likely needed. In my books a complete waste of time. The only good thing is that they got me an appointment quickly.
I never got to make it to seeing a Dr. But if the doctors are anything like their front desk staff, they are rude, think they are better than everyone with an all mighty complex, and they do not actually care about their hypocratic oath. Has gone down hill since they've moved. Such a disappointment. Difficult to get into appointment wise. Just no longer a good place.
Dr Dunkin is a good doctor however the staff upfront are condescending and rude. Over the phone they are lazy and frequently interrupt you in mid sentence. I'm seriously considering going to a new physician just so I don't have to deal with his staff. I don't recommend going to community family physicians in Elwood unless you enjoy being talked down to by the front office over the phone and in person.
