Terrible billing setup. I was supposed to do my free annual and they charged me over 500$ with insurance for the visit. All because I brought up I have headaches it went from free to 500$
The hospital split my blood test into two days so they could charge me twice. They hid one charge until it was "past due" and I had to call in. As a result, I will be going to another hospital.

I’ve received really good service with community family practice. They offer both virtual and in person appointments. My physician is really knowledgeable and caring and I feel like I’m in good hands caring for my medical needs
