Dr is a crook he can not be trusted
RecommendedI was in and out in about 15 mins. It was awesome! The facility is very clean, Dr. Ramen was very nice and detailed in his diagnoses. The lady at the front desk was very nice. Overall a very positive experience. I will go here again for urgent care.
Went once in the evening and received great service. Have tried to return 2 times, Dr was not in to see patients during business hours. Most recently, showed up at 8am- they were still locked. Didn’t open until 8:10am, went in and was told Dr wouldn’t be in until 11:00am and there was no one else to see me. Will NOT return, I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.
Refused to see me without paying 160 bucks because i had not met my insurance deductible. You should take the "Community" out of your name and replace it with "Business First". Its pretty hard to meet the deductible when you never go to the Dr. Thank God 1st Choice Urgent care was right around the corner. I was in need of immediate attention and they seen me with no problem. I had my medicine ready at Miejer within the hour.
The Dr and staff are not the problem, it the inconsistent hours of operation. We closed early because....we're under construction, there was a family emergency, hours haven't been updated on the website, blah, blah, blah
