Provider (Cindy Julich) is awesome, but you cannot be seen when you are sick. Person answering the phone is bored and not interested in being any help at all. When all you hear is sighs and grunts as they talk to you, it is rude.

Was promised a call-back to an important situation, after being told my only option was to leave a message on a RN voice-mail; no call-back today. This coming after already having walked out on an appointment previously for waiting well over an hour, for a scheduled appointment (without any explanation or apology from staff). This staff places no urgency on the care of their patients, nor are they exactly upfront or honest regarding their available appointment times and out-of-pocket expenses.
