Quicker response to doctors orders and changes. I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a different oxygen tank valve.
I’m very disappointed that I was told they no longer gave pack and plays for mothers anymore. But then again I believe I was lied to. I did what the nurses suggested & my baby almost suffocated. The quality of care has gone down and it’s sad to say I would rather deal with the old community east.

My son, was admitted to the pediatric floor on December 31, 2019. The following is a detailed summary of our experience at Community North Hospital up until our transfer to an outside hospital on January 4, 2020. Our overall experience at your facility was negative. The care we received was questionable and unprofessional at best, bordering on dangerous at worst.
