In my opinion, patient care is no longer a priority at this practice. The doctor appears to have become too overwhelmed or overextended to provide patients with the attention, respect, and loyalty they deserve. The practice seems to be running far too thin, and the nursing staff appears poorly prepared and lacking the knowledge needed to properly address patient concerns. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this practice to anyone seeking attentive, competent, and patient-centered care.
Only giving 1 star to leave a review. Very rude staff anymore, use to be a decent place but all receptionist now have BAD attitudes. Nursing and doctor staff are great but they definitely need to figure out their front office staff!
My daughter loves Amy. She is amazing with kids my daughter has ADHD and doesn’t really like any drs but she does great here. Amy takes her time with you even when your child is bouncing around asking a million questions and makes you feel seen and heard not rush I would recommend Amy to everyone been a long time since I have seen someone that doesn’t just rush u in and out like a herd of cattle
