Most frustrating experience I've ever had with a physician network. The physician was nice and helpful but the office staff is not. My calls for appointments were never returned and as a result our account was closed. I understand the need for policies especially for clinics partially state funded however your staff has to be more reactive to ensure patients aren't dropped and return calls!
