Scheduled the appointment and arrived on time only to wait over 2 hours to get through the entire process. It's now been a month later with no call on my child's glasses. I called this morning to be told they won't be in the office for another 2+ weeks and his glasses may or may not be there and to call back. I do not recommend this office and will never go back.
Worst place ever!!!!
Hours are posted online, but when I tried to call them all week I got no answer. I finally called another community eyecare office today (Thursday) and was told that they will be there on Tuesday. I asked if the office was only opened on Tuesdays, and I was told it just depends on the Dr. I wish I would've known this before I ordered and waited on my glasses. Just close the Titusville office if this is how it is going to be run.
I have tried calling multiple times and no one will pick up the phone. This place sucks
