After relocating from Ohio, I struggled to find an independent eye care practice that didn't feel like a high-volume, fast-service clinic. Finding this office has been a major relief. The doctor and staff are exceptional, and I confidently recommend them to anyone in need of eye care
My family has been a patient of this facility for over 10 years and just recently found out about the shady business practices this company uses. Front desk personnel are rude at best, ordering of glasses/contacts get overlooked and then blamed on other factors. Not filing through health insurance when situation warrants, because they are too LAZY…. Whatever you do stay FAR AWAY from this shady business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
