We had an emergency situation where our furnace failed and we had a burst water pipe late on a Friday night. The on-call technician was responsive, fast, and a great communicator. We will do all of our future service calls with them.
Emergency service was THE BEST. Noah communicated well and solved the freeze up in no time. Great people and great company.
LEFT AFTER 20+ years! So happy. Came to service hot water htr. Turned it off, refused to service it (the filter needed cleaning), put a red ‘Do Not Use’ tag on it…and left! This, between Xmas and NY’sE. Promised a quote but zero follow-up. Changed propane companies. No more calls to their sour, unhappy staff. Shame.
They are always polite in the office and the delivery are professional and kind.
Wow! Tell your drivers to SLOW down in residential areas please! 11/18/25 approximately 9;20am one of your vans came up over the hill on Plymouth (intersection of Knox) and had to pull my dog and myself off the road. We always walk close to the side facing traffic just for this reason. No reason to go speeding up that hill when all it used as a short cut, no customer stops. Gentleman driving had a brown beard and barely glanced at us, just swung the van to the other side of the road to avoid speeding directlty past.
