Does CDP ever do surprise visits to their properties? If they did I think they would be surprised to see the true unkept garbage ladened property at Broadleaf Arbor in St. Helen. Complete with several grocery carts from surrounding stores, some tossed in the landscaping. Lunch sized chip bags tossed everywhere but in the garbage receptcales. Dogs feces abound. This may possibly be the most ignored property I have ever seen while visiting a friend. I feel quite bad for him. Hope to help find a new place for him soon. perhaps ... read more

Apparently they got like 4 million from the state, not sure what for since their website hasn't been updated since 2019, feels like it's ripe for fraud
