Took one of my kids for their first appointment here. Everyone was very friendly and polite. We were called in very quick after our arrival. I definitely will bring the rest of my kids to this dental office.

Set an appointment for regular routine cleaning, it was far out months away because they are booked up. A spot opened up sooner so they called and asked if I would like to be seen sooner. I said yes. Today comes to be seen and I go in, front desk goes and say "our sucking machine is down, so cleanings can't be done today" Okay so I don't get the cleaning and I lost my spot for my appointment and now I have to reschedule and now it is even further out with the hopes of another spot opening up.
