Worst dental experience of my ENTIRE life!!! I went in for a retreat root canal, was told he would do it and just had to get authorization from my insurance. After authorization was given, two months later he decided to not perform the retreat and tell me to go to an Endodontist. Completely wasted my time while I waited in pain. Also, every time I called they said they had to look for my file and then call me back. Six times this happened, and I never got ONE call back. After paying thousands in the past 6 months for dental care. I must say you don’t ever want to go to this place. An older dentist, who you would think is experienced, did more than half of the work incorrectly. Thank you for putting me through hours of severe pain and suffering. Everyone knows how it feels to have that long protruding needle stuck through your cheek several times. Now, imagine going through it 3 times for the same procedures. The reviews of doctors msy be nice, but the staff to exclude a few are extremely rude, obnoxious and distasteful
dr chi and his staff are so nice and he is such a great dentist he does everything there and affordable payments and all the staff is bilingual which i love i reccomend all my family to dr chi
