Dr. Magerkorth was kind and professional. Our pup Josie a lively year old yellow lab, injured her eye. We were fit in to the schedule even though we weren't a patient before. Josie loved Dr. John, I honestly think she was sad to leave.

I recently got an 9wk old German Shepherd puppy and I was in need of a good vet. I heard of Care Critters through family so I decided to give them a try. Dr Magerkorth was absolutely amazing! ! Not only did he give my pet great care but he provided me with great tips on how to handle my very toothy crazy little puppy. I left there feeling more confident with my pet. I have never had such a positive vet experience in my life! My poodle and I both loved Dr. John. I did not feel like I was just an appt or that I was being squeezed for ever dime I had. He took his time to get to know my dog. He talked to her and did a thorough exam. She is very choosy about people she likes and she immediately fell in love with him. I am so happy that I finally found a vet that I love!

I love the setup of the exam area and how thorough the diagnosis is for my best pal. The team took their time in acquiring samples of the infected area, walked me through the results, and explained future treatment options with me. I also received emails of the visit and follow up phone calls. Superb vet practice; I highly recommend!
