The CEO using SnapChat in order to get in contact with their members, very unprofessional even if you were a previous employee. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional...did I say unprofessional?
Kudos to Community Credit Union for all they do for our community! From their efforts to raise funds for non profits to their willingness to stick it out at their Pine Street location, they are a great example of a business that is dedicated to their members and dedicated to making Lewiston-Auburn a better place to live, work and play.
I have been a lifelong member of this community and Community Credit Union has been one of the best supporters of our area and its people that we have. I have never had an issue with them being anything but professional and positive and I trust them completely.
Awful! Violate their customers' privacy!!! Who the hell would want to have an account at a Credit Union that just hands out their customers' social security numbers, phone numbers, work information, etc. to the wrong people?
Absolutely ignorant of privacy laws and unable to handle mistakes without harrassing customers endlessly, up to using a collection agency when there was no debt owed. Never in a million years would I trust them with my money or, my private information.
Been a member my whole life, wouldn't have it any other way. Credit Unions ROCK!!
