Call them because they missed the phone call appt, which is a joke. 5min phone calls and office visits same price. Of course they don’t answer the phone. So u hit the button for the dr you see, it transfers you and nobody answers that phone. In that voice mail message, they instruct you to call back and dial an extension number that nobody answers. Leave messages and they don’t call back either. Only time they call is to get your copay. There all about billing, not about patient care. It’s sad.
Filled out forms online and called a few times with no results. Disappointed.
Place is a joke. Told me they matched me with a therapist, then a week later after no appointment, they told me they never said I had a therapist appointment, so they lied to me and proceed to gaslight me and lie to my face. So now I'm walking around un medicated and extremely unstable. I would steer clear of this joke of a mental health facility
$35 copay to see therapist. $35 co pay to get your medication refilled by psychiatrist. Psychiatrist WILL NOT refill your medication without a monthly standing appointment so they can get their $35 copay, plus the co pay on top of your therapy sessions. They will tell you at first that your psychiatrist will monitor your medication thru your therapist and no separate appts would be needed.
