I am very disappointed with this place. My dad has been a patient of theirs for at least 8 years. My dad is going through a tough time. We think it may be meds related. I have been calling for over a month now. Never spoke to person once. I left many messages. Never one response. They only get in touch with us when they need a copay.
I absolutely love my counselor!!!! I look foward to my session with her
Call them because they missed the phone call appt, which is a joke. 5min phone calls and office visits same price. Of course they don’t answer the phone. So u hit the button for the dr you see, it transfers you and nobody answers that phone. In that voice mail message, they instruct you to call back and dial an extension number that nobody answers. Leave messages and they don’t call back either. Only time they call is to get your copay. There all about billing, not about patient care. It’s sad.
Filled out forms online and called a few times with no results. Disappointed.
