Don’t do it There are other locations in Las Vegas and counselors in town that don’t have their own personal agendas and who will actually take the time to take their education, training, credentials and experiences to help you versus judge you or trying to get a quick buck out of your insurance Find somewhere else quick
Very rude front desk women! Did not get name, but, acts like she is superior and just do what she says! Then had another women come and talk to my juvenile child about her future visits instead of talking to the parent!!! Very unprofessional staff! She will not be going here again! Getting referred to another counseling group! They need to understand whether court ordered counseling or not, there are other counseling services out there!!

Wow. I called to inquire for my family, and was met with an unprofessional, disrespectful woman who cared nothing for finding an appointment, but rather explaining that they are busy, and "full" at the moment. Awesome community. Not welcoming. At all. I need a moment here... When you filled out the application for a community counseling center, I think you may have misinterpreted your job responsibilities as well as description if your unprofessional behavior is the best you bring to the table, simply answering phones. I wouldn’t know what to say but yesterday I was told to come in for evaluation and today I go in and they don’t have any time for me today after driving all the way across town! So they want me to drive home and come back another day. I came for therapy in need of help and basically get told to come back another day. So no help . This upset me because I’m not okay and I don’t feel like my issues can wait for 48 hours creeping inside of me killing me . So I will give them 1 star!
