Wow. I called to inquire for my family, and was met with an unprofessional, disrespectful woman who cared nothing for finding an appointment, but rather explaining that they are busy, and "full" at the moment. Awesome community. Not welcoming. At all. I need a moment here... I wouldn’t know what to say but yesterday I was told to come in for evaluation and today I go in and they don’t have any time for me today after driving all the way across town! So they want me to drive home and come back another day. I came for therapy in need of help and basically get told to come back another day. So no help . This upset me because I’m not okay and I don’t feel like my issues can wait for 48 hours creeping inside of me killing me . So I will give them 1 star!
The receptionists, Jennifer and the lady next to her are some of the rudest people I have ever encountered in my life. I feel like I am in a McDonald’s drive thru with their constant attitudes every time I go to my sessions.
They only tried to get there Money. But they never gave. Me. My certification they want me to go back to do it agent. Bad place to go
