Very helpful during the entire process --- from initial inspection, meeting adjustor at house, on premises when job started to final walk to check it all out. Very patient while answering questions and clarifying details/logistics. Crew was efficient, professional, and very respectful of our property --- covering yard/porches and cleaning up great afterward. Spending money and hiring someone for a big project like this can be stressful, but you can trust this company to do right by you.
Community was recommended to us (after a March 8) hail storm in Glen Rose by our insurance agent. Heather and Bert did an awesome job of detailing the steps to finalize our claim with our insurance company. Community keeps you in the loop as the process plays out. Last year we replaced our roof with a metal roof. So glad we did! Cleburnes recent hail storm was as large as golfballs at our house and all three of our vehicles were totaled but not the roof on our house. Very little damage very minor damage. Love our new roof!
