Community Construction did an amazing job on our roof. Kit was great to work with for help picking out ideas on what we wanted. Andrew was a great project manager who communicated very well and assigned a great team to our roof replacement. This job was completed in 1 day. We will have them do our siding project as well once we are ready.
The one and only reason that this is a 3 star review vrs a 5 star is communication. With what was described to me as miscommunication with the project manager (no longer employed with company I was told) and owner is where the problem played out. Was given 3 different start times for my project that kept getting pushed back. After finally demanding a refund we had a come to Jesus moment. Rather than bore anyone who is considering this company with the details that we've itemized to the owner repeatedly, I'll just say we would never consider them for any future projects nor will we recommend them. When a company doesn't followup with a customer when offering a supposed warranty on their work, that's dishonest. Won't deal with individuals who preach one thing but deliver another.
Community Construction did a great job on our roof. They even managed to squeeze us in before the arrival of our second child which was a huge relief for our family. Their crew was friendly, polite, and extremely hardworking. They picked up all of the debris and somehow managed to do the whole project in just 1 day! I really appreciated Kit’s communication throughout the process. We would highly recommend them for their quality of products and service, fair pricing, and timeliness.
So, this might be a long review but its been a long time. My interaction with Community Construction began in October of 2023. There were some light communication issues and very short notice for an arrival to begin work in January of 2024. No big deal. My request was for a new floor in the basement bathroom, a couple of rooms to be walled off in the basement and some drywall work in the basement bathroom as well.
