This place is so wonderful with wonderful people who know what they are doing and know what they are talking about! I had to come here a few times in the past few years due to someone hitting me and they had to take pictures and see the damage and write a report and estimate of damage. I'd bought a replacement belt molding for the driver's door of my Prius, but I wasn't able to replace it using the tools that I had. When I looked up Santa Margarita Auto Collision and asked them about it, they offered to install it for free! Brought the car in the next morning, and they replaced the molding within 15 minutes. Great courtesy service!

I was disappointed with the service I received. The delivery was delayed significantly—over two months instead of the promised four weeks. Communication was lacking, and I had to reach out repeatedly for updates. While the body work itself was decent, my car was returned dirty and smelled like the garage. Additionally, I had to return because some parts were not installed properly. It felt like I was overcharged, but since the insurance covered the costs, I’m unsure. Overall, I expected much better service.
