I went in 5 days ago to have my knee checked out. I been in pain for.2 months. Dr. Grant was nice and ordered x-rays for me. I went right over and got them done. I was told results will be in in few hours, or latest by next evening. After 3 days of no follow up call for my results, I called them. I gave 2 stars because two years in a row after scheduling my annual a year in advance, I got a call 2 months in advance to reschedule. That in itself is not why I left this office. If you call to refill a prescription, you will be on hold for no less than 20 minutes. When I decided to transfer to another office, the new office sent me a paper to request records to be transferred.
